If you’re here, you’re probably not looking to be convinced.
You’re looking to see whether support would actually help, rather than cost more energy.
This 30-minute Curiosity Call is a low-pressure conversation to explore that.
No pitch, fixing or commitment required.
Just a chance to check for fit, pacing, and whether this work meets you where you are.
This call is not therapy, coaching, or a strategy session.
It’s a brief, grounded conversation to:
Sometimes that means working together.
Sometimes it means a single session.
Sometimes it means I recommend something else entirely.
All outcomes are okay.
You don’t need to be certain — but you might recognise yourself here:
During the call, we’ll move gently and at your pace.
I’ll ask a few questions about what’s been present for you lately, and we’ll notice what your system needs in order to feel steadier.
You don’t need to prepar or know the ‘right’ words, or exactly what you want yet.
At the end, I’ll reflect what I’m hearing and suggest what support (if any) feels most appropriate.
There’s no expectation to decide anything on the spot.
If it feels aligned, I’ll email you clear next steps and options — whether that’s:
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll say so honestly.
You don’t need to wait until things get worse to seek support.
And you also don’t need to do this if you’re in crisis or collapse.
Most people book this call when they’re still functioning — but quietly exhausted — and don’t want to keep living in that in-between state.
If your body already knows something needs to shift, this call is simply a place to listen to that.
This is a free, 30-minute conversation held on Google Meet.
Choose a time that feels spacious enough to arrive without rushing. If after booking you realise it’s not the right moment, you’re welcome to reschedule or cancel — no explanation needed.
Good work starts with consent, not pressure.
Most approaches try to fix the problem before the body’s ready. They stay in the mind — pro/con lists, productivity hacks, even some “healing” spaces that quietly push you to perform clarity.
We start somewhere else: your body’s pace. Your nervous system’s truth. We won’t force insight or action, but we will gently untangle what’s keeping you stuck, so the clarity comes from you — not from a checklist.
This isn’t about fixing, performing, or managing better. It’s about reconnecting to the version of you that already knows — and finding a way to move from there without spiraling, freezing, or crashing after.
You don’t have to. In fact, that’s often the best place to begin.
We don’t need a clear problem statement to start. If all you’ve got is a whisper, an ache, or a vague sense that “something isn’t working,” that’s enough.
I’m trained to sit in the not-knowing with you — without rushing or needing it to make sense right away.
I pull from a broad lineage — both formal education and intuitive learning — to support this work.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development & International Sustainable Aid, with a focus on resilience, systems change, and the emotional layers of social justice.
I’m a certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist (The Embody Lab), trained in elements of Somatic Experiencing, the Hakomi Method, and Internal Family Systems, with guidance from teachers like Richard Schwartz, Pat Ogden, Dr. Scott Lyons, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Nkem Ndefo, and Dr. Albert Wong.
I’m also a trained Yoga Therapist through Ashley Turner’s Yoga Psychology certification — a leading program bridging psychology and body-based practices — and I hold an additional certification in Ayurveda Wellness Coaching through Shakti School.
My current studies include a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience for Leadership, expanding how I integrate brain-based leadership, resilience, and nervous system science into this work.
Since 2016, I’ve been practicing and teaching nervous system-based approaches, and I’m trained in psychological safety implementation under ISO 45003 — frameworks essential for leadership, workplace wellbeing, and reducing burnout risk.
But beyond the credentials — what actually shapes my work is the way I listen.
The way I sit with you when you don’t yet know what’s wrong.
The way I don’t rush your insight, your grief, your becoming.
This program draws from a rich blend of modalities and influences:
Shadow work, inner child work, mindfulness, and somatic processing techniques from the lineage of Stefi Preiss, Christian Meyer, and Eli Jaxon-Bear
Nonviolent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg)
Feminine/masculine polarity theory as taught by David Deida, John Wineland, and Madelyn Moon
The Change Triangle by Hilary Jacobs Hendel
And I’m deeply influenced by the work of Peter Levine, Sheryl Paul, Deb Dana, Pat Ogden, Eckhart Tolle, and Bessel van der Kolk.
If you’re too busy to even think straight, you’re in the right place.
This isn’t a daily practice or another to-do list. It’s a structured, spacious partnership designed for people whose calendars are already stacked:
Two 60-minute sessions per month
Voice & text support between sessions
Real-time pacing based on your energy, not just the calendar
It’s designed to save you time in the long run — less spinning, more clarity, fewer burnout days.
That being said, if you just feel you don’t have time in this phase of life, don’t book. Instead, focus on creating time and then come back when you’re ready.
That’s a valid fear — especially if you’ve done therapy, coaching, or all the “right” things and still feel… off.
Here’s what’s different: we don’t just talk. We work directly with your body’s signals, your rhythms, your real-life capacity. We integrate metrics that matter to you — like sleep, energy, boundaries held — not just vague “progress.”
Plus, this is a partnership. You’re not buying a formula. We adapt, we pause, we recalibrate. You’re never locked into something that isn’t working.
If your workplace offers a professional development or wellbeing budget, yes — many clients have used that.
If you’re worried about confidentiality and invoicing, I’ve got you covered. All sessions are private, secure, and we can arrange NDAs if needed. Your HR doesn’t need to know the details — just that you’re working with a specialist in nervous system-based leadership and burnout recovery.
That’s okay. While many of my clients are entrepreneurs or leaders, this work isn’t tied to one path.
Whether you’re navigating a pivot, considering leaving leadership, or simply want to feel like yourself again — we start there. The goal isn’t a business outcome. It’s alignment with your system, your soul, your next right step.
My consultation with Sheridan was very insightful and grounding. I’ve had a few consultations before but with Sheridan I really felt deeply seen and heard for the challenges I am facing.
I never felt rushed or that I was taking too much of her time, which is super important for me!!
When we started, I felt confused and unclear about my direction forward in business, yet with her curious + powerful questions and warm responses, I felt called forward into clarity and decisiveness. There was a special safety and openness to be vulnerable in our conversation that was deeply nourishing for me. I feel a plethora of feelings from the insights I took away, all of them positive!
I highly recommend having a consultation with Sheridan or booking with her for her service if you desire to feel seen and recognized and guided forward to discover for yourself your next steps with her.
Thank you to you Sheridan, I deeply appreciate your time and wisdom shared.
