This is not the program for you if
If staying present and regulated requires real-time relational support, this course will likely feel frustrating or insufficient.
Examples of scenarios that will require more support:
- When pressure builds, your mind goes blank, your body freezes, or you shut down and can’t move forward without someone present.
- Your capacity has been limited for a long time, not just during busy weeks — even small tasks can feel blocked or impossible.
- Anxiety, family dynamics, trauma history, or long-term vigilance mean your nervous system stays on alert, even when you “know better.”
- You’re often the one holding things together for others, and your system doesn’t fully switch off because responsibility never really drops.
- You tend to doubt every decision, replay interactions, or feel pressure to get things “right” before you can act.
This program is educational and self-directed. It doesn’t replace therapy or 1:1 nervous-system work.
In that case, a relational container is the safer place to start.
