Have you ever felt – different-, not enough, or as if you were missing parts of yourself? Or, have you ever declared yourself as not something or 100% something else? Eg. “I’m not musical” or “I’m an anxious person.” Today’s episode talks with Devin Brooks an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist and Music Therapist on the themes of trauma, identify and the missing parts of ourselves.
